Banana, Blueberry cupcakes

 Forgive me for having so many banana cake recipe in my blog, well, it's because my family members love it and we always have banana in our house. But using same recipe all the time is a bit boring for me, so I try to crate variation each time that I make it. It depends on my mood and something that I find in the fridge too. This morning, after seeing very ripe banana on the counter, I know it's time for baking with banana again! Muffins, cake, scone etc., there are endless recipe for this sweet yellow fruit. But I already know what I wanted to make. Because last weekend, I bought a box of blueberry from the supermarket, and I still didn't finish them, I decided that I will make this combination, Blueberry and Banana. I have to bake with my niece a lot lately, it's quite fun to bake with children, ^^ as long as they listen to you, haha. Well, anyone who have a child in their house will understand me, because children are cute, their thought, their curiosity and they always want to learn something new. BUT when they want to do something that we don't want them to, it's a power game ^^", and I don't want to lose to the sound of crying.  To prevent any problem, I always choose easy to make recipe for them, yes when I said them, because not only my niece that I have to spend my time with, she invites her friends to come and play with her too. Strawberry cheesecake ice cream (No churned)

Last week, my brother bought a lot of strawberries and told me that he want to eat them ^^.. It's "Thai Royal 80 Strawberry" , that has both sweet and sour taste, it's very delicious. So I asked him if I can use some of them (I know that it's very good for eating fresh). Because when I ate it, I thought about turning it into delicious ice cream, haha. Just mix it with small amount of sugar, and boil them in the microwave, you will get beautiful (and yummy) strawberry sauce, that you can use in many way. And I use it for making this easy no churned cheesecake ice cream. The ingredients are almost the same as raw cheesecake ^^, but you don't have to do anything more than folding and freezing it!
